My device won't connect to Bluetooth
If you have the device next to your phone and you are not seeing a little Bluetooth icon on the Device's screen, it's possible you're having a Bluetooth issue.
Please follow these steps:
If you are running old firmware, you need to update it.
To update it, please follow the instructions in this article - https://support.pinggps.com/article/120-i-cant-update-my-firmware
If you have multiple devices...
- Move the others more than 40 feet away from your phon
- But the device you want to connect to next to your phone
- Wait a couple of minutes
If your firmware is up to date (i.e. no message is displayed telling you to update it)...
- Restart your phone
- Reset the device (click here for instructions)
- Launch the app and give it a minute
