How do I remove a device from my account?

Each device can only be associated with one account, so if you want to add your device to a different account, you should remove it from your account first.

To remove a device, follow these steps: 

  1. Tap on the device from the Devices list in the Ping mobile app.  
  2. Tap on the menu button in the top right.
  3. Select Device Settings from the menu that appears.
  4. Tap REMOVE in to upper right of the Device Settings screen.
