How do I remove a device from my account?
Each device can only be associated with one account, so if you want to add your device to a different account, you should remove it from your account first.
To remove a device, follow these steps:
- Tap on the device from the Devices list in the Ping mobile app.
- Tap on the menu button in the top right.
- Select Device Settings from the menu that appears.
- Tap REMOVE in to upper right of the Device Settings screen.
