How do I add a data plan?
You add the data plan for your device directly from the Ping mobile app. If you are not seeing options for that in the app, you might be using an older version and need to uninstall that app and install the newest. Directions can be found here.
If you bought your device through IndieGoGo, you SHOULD have a full year trial. If your app is saying the plan is almost expired and you activated it less than a year ago, please contact us so we can fix this.
