My Ping won't power on or charge. What should I do?

If you have a device that isn't responding when you power it on or when you try to charge it, it is likely that the battery has fully depleted. Attach the device to the charger and power supply to begin charging it. Please note that when a battery is completely depleted it may take up to 10 minutes before the LEDs begin blinking to indicate the charging status.

If this doesn't work, it's also possible that the software is caught in a latch situation.  This means something crashed and the battery needs to fully drain before it can "unlatch" and work again.  We typically recommend you leave the device off the charger for 7-10 days and then try plugging it back in.  It typically powers right up.
