What is your refund policy?
Ping offers a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all domestic US orders. Unfortunately, if you are outside of the US we cannot offer this guarantee unless you pre-ordered the device through our 2017 IndieGoGo campaign, in which case you are eligible. If you are not satisfied with Ping for any reason and qualify for the refund, you may return it in the original packaging with the clip and charger for a full refund after contacting customer support. If you are outside the 30-day window, we cannot offer a refund, however, you will not be billed for any further use of the device and can opt to not renew the data plan when your free trial period is over.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on our data plans once paid.
