Ping offers a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all domestic US orders.  Unfortunately, if you are outside of the US we cannot offer this guarantee unless you pre-ordered the device through our 2017 IndieGoGo campaign, in which case you are eligible. 

If you are not satisfied with Ping for any reason, you may return it in the original packaging with the clip and charger for a full refund after contacting customer support.  The unit must not be physically damages and still in working order to qualify for a refund.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on our renewal or global plans once paid.

In terms of an exchange or return due to defect, Ping is warranted for one year from the date of delivery. You will need to contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number for the exchange in the event that they are unable to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, your device must not be physically damaged in any way.
